PRIMUS was a relatively short-lived TV series based on the adventures of Carter Primus, a scuba diver who saved girls from sharks (this issue), found missing treasure, battled sea creatures & caught criminals.
If this all sounds familiar, it is. The series was produced by Ivan Tors, the producer of the smash hit Sea Hunt. Ivan Tors was a prolific TV series producer - Sea Hunt, Aquanauts, Ripcord, Flipper, Gentle Ben, Daktari & many others.
Primus was a too-obvious attempt to copy the success of Sea Hunt, without achieving that goal.
However, the series was exciting to divers & the resulting comic series (7 comics) was well-received.
This is (#6) of the series.
I have a full set of the PRIMUS series listed.
The comic is G, complete, good color, noticeable missing piece in back cover, slight yellowing.
