There are two driving factors which elevate value in the investment grade Redline world and they are rarity and condition. If you are carefully building your own investment grade portfolio I encourage you to save me as a seller and come back often because I am just beginning to list cars from a collection that has been preserved by one family in cases out of the sunlight and not on display collecting dust and being handled as they need cleaning. I have purchased several collections over the years but these cars are all near mint or mint. They are consistently the nicest cars that I have had the privilege of purchasing.

The plastic ziplock bag that this car had been stored in inside the case had fallen off and I think that much of the minuscule paint chips were caused by that failure. However, it is still in excellent or near mint condition.
