Snap-on USA model TM830 1/4” drive ratchet with 4.5” handle. The ratchet is in fair used condition with signs of use. The ratchet does function, but not as smoothly as it should. Also, the forward and reverse selector lever does not function properly. Ratchet will likely need a rebuild kit. See photos for details. Again, this ratchet needs work/repair before it will be functional. It is being sold as for parts or not working. Thank you
