Original 1841 Swiss notarial manuscript procuration (power of attorney) executed in Fribourg, Switzerland before the sworn public notary Jean A. Cuony.

The document authorizes a legal representative in Besançon, France to collect and administer a testamentary inheritance of fifteen thousand francs on behalf of Madame Cécile de Vaudry, sister of the Comte de Senlisbourg and resident of Fribourg.

Written entirely by hand in elegant 19th-century cursive on laid paper, the document retains multiple official authentication marks. The accompanying legalization sheet bears several governmental and diplomatic seals, including stamps of the Canton of Fribourg chancery and legalization by the French Embassy in Switzerland, confirming the authenticity of the signatures and notarial authority.

Dated 30 June 1841, with diplomatic legalization dated 2 July 1841.
