Vintage Saturne HT-C21 Wheelset.    Saturne was Specialized's house rim brand, and all the rims were designed by Jim Merz. The HT-C21 was the Italian made tubular option. 

These wheels are fitted with Campagnolo Record Hubs and quick release skewers, Continental Sprinter Tubular Tyres (22mm) and a Miche 14T 1/8 cog with lockring.  All in good condition.  See all photos.
