A NOS Sturmey Archer Sportshift 3-Speed stick shifter. This shifter was used on many muscle bikes the 60's and 70's including some CCM Mustangs, Raleigh Rodeo, Columbia Playbike, and others. This is a version of the Sportshift shifter with the all black cover and white shift knob. This shifter is in great condition with a nice cover and back clamp. The clamp on this shifter is a 1 inch clamp for single top tube muscle bikes. I cleaned and adjusted the shifter and it works great. The shift knob is nice too and shines great but does have a slight crack on the front bottom edge. The knob is still mounted solid to the arm and should work fine. There are a few marks on the cover from being in big box with other shifters. The shifter includes a nice original Sturmey Archer shifter cable with attached barrel end and a cable clamp for mounting the cable to the hub. Perfect for a mint original bike or for your best restoration.
