Signatures obtained in person at Laurel, Md. rink in 2004 where Lightning were practicing in preparation for playing the Washington Capitals.  Laurel is a Washington, D.C. northern suburb.  Shirt was worn by son, 12 y/o at the time, only for the signing, as players were leaving the ice following practice.  I was there and watched them sign.
