Some of the pods may not be usable due to damage so we've made this listing guaranteeing 380 usable pods. From the 400 pods you'll receive some pods in your order will be too damaged for use. The entire lot you receive may have coffee grind residue on them from other pods that have been damaged and spilled their grinds. If you receive an order where you feel you have not received 380 usable pods please contact us and we'll come up with best solution.

Most items are shipped using UPS Ground Saver where UPS handles the item to the destination zip code where the package is then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please provide a valid USPS physical address at checkout. If an order is marked as RTS (Return to Sender) due to insufficient/incomplete address or any other address issue we will issue a refund
minus our original shipping cost once we receive the returned item. Please reach out to us with any shipping address questions prior to placing your order as we do not ship to PO Box on most of our items.
