This is a used 10 inch skillet made by Leyse. It is heavy and is made for commercial use. The pan lays flat - there is no warping; it makes full contact with burner. The inside of the pan is clean, smooth and has only minimal superficial scratching. Some staining on the bottom and sides -none of which effects cooking. Double handles make it easy to move about. Cooks and heats evenly. Very nice pan!
