OFFERED FOR SALE IS THIS VINTAGE ANTIQUE PERSIAN ISLAMIC PAPIER MACHE SCROLL HOLDER?

Im not 100% sure what this is so please help

I think its a highly decorative papier mache Islamic scroll holder

It has lovely detail & inlaid copper wire decoration

Measures 56cm length x 6.5cm diameter

In great condition with no damage (see photos)
