In overall good condition. The cover does have some wear, particularly to the spine.

Colour has leaked on to the back of the cover on both sides as shown in photos.

Pages will show some discolouration given the age.

Unfortunately the middle page has come away from the staples as shown, may be an easy fix but will sell as is to avoid any damage.
