Also the plastic cover on the USB and charging ports are broken and missing but it does not affect any functionality, just cosmetic. Light to moderate scratches and wear on body. 

Comes repackaged (not in original box) with battery, USB cable, and a 5 volt AC adapter. The original charger is missing but the included USB cable charges the device well. Last photo shows how the device is charged using USB connection. 

The camcorder has internal storage capacity so  SD/SDHC memory card is optional and not included.
