This MG TC(TC10244) is one of 15 made on the very last day of production at Abingdon, Oxfordshire on 29th November 1949 and therefore could be deemed to be the newest TC ever built. Mechanically superb starts and runs on the button; lovely patina from an older 80's restoration, inside and out.

To be expected i suppose the paintwork close-up shows freckling on wings & doors, a few scratches here and there too but after 30 years! ...still well-worth leaving as is so you can use it daily/weekly to go to the shops and back too, along with not worrying too much that it may be scratched at the shows or the pub - superb chrome rad, headlamps and windscreen. Interior leather seats are excellent along with door cards and trim. Has fully integrated indicators fitted in the best place above the gear-stick and dashboard. Remarkably it also has full restraint seat-belts fitted too, which is brilliant for long trips making it so much more safer you and your passenger, especially grandchildren. Also comes with complete weather gear, hood, tonneau and all 4 side-screens in excellent condition.

Everything works as they should (except clock of course!). I attended 15+ shows last year, with 100-mile round trips and over 1,200 miles last year that proves reliability. Reluctant sale due to house move pending and space needed. Oil pressure is 80psi running and 40+ at idle-tick-over hot; built in-indicators; small oil-leak come free; full quality weather gear including side-screens and tonneau cover; pure enjoyment from the beginning to the end of your journey when the exhaust gurgles its sweet tones all the way ...

Has just been fully oil-serviced, engine(has spin-off throwaway filter system), gearbox, differential, master brake cylinder + all grease nipples
