Pre-Owned. Some signs of previous use, light dirt, maybe a few scuffs. The mirrors are not scratched or cracked. There are some spare rubber cushioning pads included. The rubber straps are un-cracked. The storage bags are a little dirty and there are some areas of scuff damage. Please refer to images for overall condition
