Fragaria virginiana is our native wild strawberry which prefers open woodlands or pastures. This particular clone was selected for thriving on a south facing slope at 2000Ft. ASL. This plant can grow in the almost pure clay soils found here. Drought tolerant and makes for a great native ground cover.

Plant can be propagated quickly via runners.

Cultivation Guidelines:
Light: Bright direct or indirect light.
Restricted Range: Will not survive deep shade. 
Growing Medium: Native soil, loam soils, clay soils.
