Conditions: This item is in good used condition.  If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please message us. We will be more than happy to provide that for you. 

We do offer refunds ONLY if the item is returned in the condition it was sent. We DO NOT issue a refund on shipping. 

Shipping: We have a two day window to ship your item. I try and ship next business day and depending on what time the order comes in I can ship the same day. Depending on the package size and/or location it will be shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS. Tracking will be provided.
