A 1954 Churchill Downs julep glass.  It is frosted.  I have included pictures without anything inside and pictures with white foam inside so that you can see the graphics better, and any minor flaws the glass might have (it has a tiny chip on the base, appx 2mm, there are some dust moats in the bottom of the cup that I just can't get out because my hand is too big and I don't want a chance damaging it.)
