We recommend a flour-to-water ratio of 100:50/60, but you can adjust the ratio and add other ingredients based on your needs.

Intermittent operation is totally normal! It actually helps the flour and water mix more evenly and mimics the process of hand kneading. This also makes it easier for the mixer to handle larger batches of dough.
How much flour can the dough mixer handle?

The mixer can handle anywhere from 0.7 to 3.5 lbs (300 to 1600 grams) of flour. Going below or above this range might affect the texture of your dough, so it’s best to stick to this capacity for the best results.
Can I adjust the mixing speed or fermentation temperature?

The mixing speed and fermentation temperature (Both Summer and Winter mode) are set, but you can adjust the Mixing Duration and Fermentation Duration to suit your recipe or preferences.
Does the package come with a recipe book?

While we don’t include a recipe book in the package, we’re working on updating the manual and adding new recipe videos to the product page. Recipes for stand mixers are also applicable — you might need to tweak the proportions slightly.
