All our computers are refurbished by our qualified I.T. Technicians. The hard drives are wiped and reloaded with Windows 10 Pro. We stress test all I.T. several times before dispatch. Components can be added (ie Graphics card, more RAM etc, at additional cost)

We are VAT registered so all items are inclusive of VAT. Please let us know if you would like a VAT invoice with your order.

Delivery Information and Items for Collection

Delivery

We endeavour to deliver items the same day or next working day. Smaller items will be posted with Royal mail 2nd class and larger items will be posted with Next day delivery with DPD. Both services are fully traceable. If your item is posted with DPD you will receive a text in the morning with information of your order! We will dispatch you order the same day or next working day, (depending on when you purchased the item). WE’RE FAST AND FREE!

Collection is available from our warehouse in West Malling, (near Maidstone).

Normal opening hours:

Monday 8:30-17:00

Tuesday 8:30-17:00

Wednesday 8:30-17:00

Thursday 8:30-17:00

Friday 9:00- 15:00

Saturdays: Closed

Sundays: Closed

Items must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase. We accept cash and card payments on collection.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 days return policy. Items for return must be securely packaged and kept in the original condition to receive a full refund. Please first contact us with any issues and queries you may have before opening a return.
