This is a pre-owned vintage item being sold as is in acceptable used condition with some signs of wear commensurate with age and use. (I have it in the lowest grading category because of unscrupulous buyers. There are enough photos, I feel, for anyone to assess realistically the condition of this book.)

There is a record keeping sticker on the back, as well as some l surface scuffing.. there are small areas of residue. This book is shelf-worn with some rolling around the edges of the cover and spine. The front cover has scuffing as well. Pages have been thumbed through but the book is free of rips, tears, writing, boogers, and other things you might expect to see in a used book.   Currently in a smoke and pet-free environment. I cannot speak to much of its past history, but I have noted no unpleasant odors.
