Rare vintage Montblanc crystal block inkwell, made in Germany circa 1930s–1940s. Features a solid brass hinged cap with the classic Montblanc star emblem engraved on top and MONTBLANC stamped around the collar. The base is made of hand-cut crystal, beautifully faceted with a deep central ink reservoir. The underside shows fine ground finishing consistent with early Montblanc craftsmanship.

Marked “GERMANY”, confirming pre- or immediate post-war production. The brass has developed a rich, natural aged patina, and the crystal remains clear with only light wear from age.

A stunning example of Montblanc’s Art Deco design era, ideal for collectors of fine writing instruments or luxury desk accessories.

Approximate dimensions: 2.5" × 2.5" × 3"
Condition: Vintage—shows normal age-related patina and light surface wear; hinge opens and closes smoothly.

Perfect addition to any Montblanc, Art Deco, or antique writing instrument collection.
