This item is New In Box (NIB) and has never been opened. The figures and playset are pristine. However, please note that the packaging shows some expected shelf wear for a collectible over 20 years old.

• There is some visible wear and creasing on the cardboard edges and corners (most notably the top left corner).

• The original vintage "EB Boutique" price tag ($29.99) is still attached to the upper right of the plastic display window.

• Please Note: Because this is a vintage electronic toy from 2002, the original factory batteries (3 AAA) for the "Try Me" button are likely depleted and will need to be replaced by the buyer to utilize the voice features.
