Here's a vintage DUPLO Happy Face carrying case, #1576, from 1994. The case contains 56 pieces: the original 30 pieces listed on the back, plus 26 extra pieces, including an elephant, an explorer, a tree, and a child with red hair and suspenders. The case and all the pieces are in excellent condition and very clean. My daughter played with them on a DUPLO/LEGO table, so they were not on the floor unless she accidentally dropped them. The labels on the front and back are in good condition, but they do have a few tears, scuffs, etc. The front had some tears but I think we glued it more securely, and now the tears are not that noticeable, and the back has some tiny edge tears on the bottom. If you look at the photos of the front and back closely, you can see what I mean. This was packed away for at least 20+ years, so it wasn't played with for a long, long time!
