The book appears to have been lightly read, and the pages are crisp and sharp

and clean. The covers are very good except for a small tear on the bottom

edge of the back cover.

It is a large (12.25" tall by 9.25" across by 1.25" deep) coffee table book 

published in 2016.

Please note that the book has a signature on the title page. I am not sure if it's

actual signature or part of the design (it look like actual ink, but I could not

find any signed copies to which to compare it).
