Desirable high mint state grade 1773 Virginia Half Penny (Period variety) Colonial coin.  This coin is graded PCGS MS64BN and exhibits spot free, problem free surfaces, and sharply struck devices with hinges of red luster among the letters and hair.   The Brown designation seems a bit strict.  This coin is a premium MS65BN grade example of the 1773 Virginia Half Penny.  The numismatic purist will be pleased with the lack of any obvious impairments such as contact marks, carbon spots, etc.  as this coin has very nice eye appeal.

Seemingly a solid value for a quality American numismatic item that is now 253 years old.
