Vintage 1990's Decorel picture frame in a brushed pewter finish with a raised design around the frame opening. Holds a 5" x 7" photo, and is only free standing. Backing is black velvet with the Decorel imprint on the stand. Can be used in portrait or landscape position. Most likely made in USA, however some Decorel metal frames were made in Taiwan. Very good condition.  Glass is clear and clean. There are some shallow scratches in a couple of areas on the front from storage and handling. See pics.
