·       All our items are brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged.

·       Item will be shipped within 24 hours of payment and will ship with tracking and delivery confirmation. Except for weekends and holidays items purchased on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday.

·       We pack our items with stretch film to prevent items from opening, if the item is not factory sealed and package them in bubble wrap for the utmost protection of your item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

?        Due to health and sanitary reasons only UNUSED, UNOPENED factory sealed or items with stretch film, the item must be returned sealed. returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.

?        Items purchased in Sets, Lots and Bundles must be returned unopened and in the complete set as purchased.
