Good condition overall. The lens has some scratches and imperfections (it appears to have been refinished) The edge of the lens has been repaired.

The mounting tabs are all good. The back of the housing has one area around the connector that has been repaired by someone.

Inside the lens has some very minor dust/debris.

Bulbs and ballasts are included.
