Firetruck, new in package, back of package does have some staining - see pics.  The instructions indicate that there is a protective piece to pull to make the batteries work, that piece has been pulled and the included batteries are dead.  I see no reason why it wouldn't light up with a new set of batteries, I do not have watch batteries to try.  Truck inside is in excellent condition!
