Hand-painted folk art wooden serving tray featuring a charming old-world scene with a horse-drawn cart, bells, floral garlands, and animals. The artwork is done in a naïve folk-art style with detailed dot work and decorative elements throughout.

The painted panel is inset into a solid wood frame with mitered corners and cut-out side handles.

Signed by the artist in the lower right corner (signature is not fully legible).

Very good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age. No major paint loss, cracks, or repairs noted. There is one small area of paint loss, approximately the size of a fingertip, as shown in photos.

Measures approx. 18” x 13” x 2”.

While originally made as a serving tray, this piece is best suited as a decorative display item. It works beautifully as wall decor, on a shelf, or styled on a coffee table or bar cart.
