Pallet Deliveries: Please note that for all palletised deliveries, someone must be available to accept the delivery when booked by the carrier. If no one is available at the agreed time, a redelivery charge will apply. If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery and it is returned to us, a refund will be issued less the return charge. This applies to all deliveries.

Please note that we will only send goods to your registered PayPal address. Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date before purchasing, as after the goods have been despatched, we do not accept responsibility for goods being sent to your old address.

Here at XS Stock, we think returning items should be as easy as buying them. That's why we offer a no frills return policy for our eBay customers.

Please note: You must initiate an eBay order return request via the platform to receive an RMA reference number before returning any items to us. Items should not be sent back without this official request being processed.

If you've bought something from us and need a different size, please initiate an exchange request via the eBay platform within 60 days of receipt. Once the request is approved and your item is returned in its original condition, we'll process an exchange as quickly as we can. If you would prefer a refund, please open a return request via eBay and we'll process this for you along with your original postage costs. Please note that unwanted goods are returned at your own cost and we won't reimburse any return postage charges.

All of our items are sold as brand new unless we state otherwise in the product listing, but on the very rare occasion you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know within 60 days of receiving your order. If we've accidentally sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us via eBay communications so we can assist with the platform return process and arrange for the replacement of your item as quickly as possible!
