1. Release Buttons
Press the buttons on both sides, to open the appliance
2.Power Indicator
When the lamp flashing, it means the power is on
3.Vacuum Sealing Button
press this button, and the machine enters the automatic vacuum sealing mode. When the negative pressure reaches the rated value, the pressure sensor will be triggered and the machine will begin to heat seal until finish
4.Dry thickened Sealing
this function is especially suitable for sealing rice bags or tea bags there the opening of the bag needs to be folded
5.Moist Sealing Button
This function is suitable for moist food. Press the button with the index finger, when you see the air in the vacuum bag is drained, loose the finger and the machine will enter sealing mod automatically.
 6.Marinate Button
The marinate cycle will last about 3 minutes. This process will repeat 3 times. Food will marinate, when vacuum process opens the pores of the pores of the food and absorbs the marinade quickly.
7.Air Inflation Button
This function is suitable for sealing fragile items. Press the button with index finger. When you see the air inside the bag is inflated properly, press the sealing button immediately then press downward the upper cover of the machine with both hands, make sure the bag is no air leakage.
8.Pumping Button
This function is intended preventing soft items such as bread and pastries. Press the button with index finger. When you see the food inside the bag is vacuumed properly, press Seal Buttonimmediately then press downward the upper cover of the machine with both hands.
9.Seal Button
Press the button to seal the bag. The machine will stop automatically when finished.
10.Canister Button And Access
When extracting canister, bottles (e.g. of wine) or marinate, please lock firmly the upper and the lower covers, insert the interface end of vacuum hose, then press Canister Button.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched from our US based warehouse between Monday and Friday.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched on next working day.

It is buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when making the order.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made between Mondays and Friday 7am-6pm by our contracted couriers.
We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.
Failure to take delivery may result in additional charges.

US Mainland:

- Standard Delivery, which is free of charge and will normally take 2 - 5 working days
(to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods)

 

Off-Mainland and BFPO

At present we only ship to US Mainland, however please contact us with your postcode and we will advise if we can ship to your location using an alternative shipping company. An extra charge may be required for this service.

 

We accept payments via PayPal only as the quickest and most secure method to complete the checkout.

Card payments are also available via the PayPal interface.

Any refunds will be made via PayPal only.

Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you must contact us by email or telephone.

If the item has already been dispatched then please follow our returns policy below

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day of delivery; however, we must be notified in writing by email to of your intention to cancel.

After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Goods must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds:

Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a handling cost of $2.95, or up to 15% whichever is greater will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. The refund will be processed in 7 working days after receiving the goods.

Non-Returnable Items:

For reasons of hygiene and we are not able to refund certain items such as Rugs.

We cannot refund any custom made items such as Beds & Mattress as these are made to order.

Faulty Items:

On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.

If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects to

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.

>We will always be able to send parts or a replacement item, but however If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, and you want to cancel the order for a refund the item can be returned under our return policy for unwanted items, which will be at your own expense and a handling fee
