Get your fabulous on with this handmade disco dress from the 1970's Created from black chiffon embellished with silver sparkles, the bodice is halter and ties at the neckline with ribbon. The waist is cinched and the dress includes the original belt. The gathered skirt falls to below the knee. The fabric is slightly sheer so could be worn with a slip beneath. No closure at pulls on over the head.
