Made in England Dinky Toys #901 Foden 8 wheel truck made 1955-1960, 66+years old.  This is the first issue of the second grill as it has a screw holding the bed on as opposed to the last issue with a rivet.  To check originality note the 20 MPH sticker on the left rear fender.  Check the photos to see that the primary issue with paint is moderate paint chipping. The perfect tires are the original black heavy truck tread type. I do offer free returns to U.S, buyers.
