Meiji period Arita fan plate/Charger, late 1800s 1850-1899 fabulous floral design and Phoenix birds or dragons not quite sure. Some geometric patterns with gold embellishments. Blues and red color with green and orange color also, the plate/charger measuring approximately 10 inches across the plate, the back has blue and orangish color. All area’s on this spectacular item are hand painted and decorated.

There is no true maker’s mark so your knowledge of these Arita, Imari style items may be needed to make positive identification,

I cannot say for certain who the maker truly is.

There is absolutely no cracks or repairs or damages other than normal ware for a item from this era.
