In fair condition. There are medium to heavy surface wear, scuffs and scratches around the coin bank. To access the coin in the bank, the tower needs to be twisted. I did not attempt to twist open the tower because of the age of the bank. The coin bank measures approximately 10" tall. Please see pictures of the actual item and conditions.
