Very good condition.  Some wear on his yellow shoes as can be seen in the photos.

Circa 1980's

Disney and Tootsietoy collaborated until the early 1990's.  The 1980's was the peak of their collaboration.  Tootsietoy held licenses to produce a wide range of Disney items, most notably the bendable poseable figures.
