Uniform, snow-white curds with delicate, sweet flavor. Suits raised beds and large pots; great for roasting, grilling halves, creamy soups, and pickling.
Snowball X is often cited as a classic, versatile, and sometimes slightly earlier than other varieties.
Features solid, crisp, and tender white curds. The outer leaves often self-blanch by naturally curling around the head, providing some protection from the sun to keep it snow white.
Often preferred for its slightly more compact habit and ability to be harvested at smaller sizes (as "baby" cauliflower) or left to reach full maturity.
Resistant to many common diseases. This variety shows particular resistance to fungal diseases. Regular monitoring of the plants and the use of natural plant protection products further enhances their resistance.
