Navajo Etchware by Terry Smith, a Navajo Indian artist from Farmington, New Mexico.

Each hand crafted pot starts from a raw casting, then painted. Patterns are hand cut into raw clay. Each piece is very unique, reflects the land and it's people of the Southwest.

I personally, cannot believe the amount of time that goes into making these pieces, especially when ms Smith takes so much time even at the bottom of the pottery and does another piece of artwork [a small drawing] every single time. I certainly hope everyone enjoys the great detail that she puts into it. We can't appreciate it enough.
