At home in the kitchen is a tribute to Jonathan Susskind, food critic for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer from 1989 until his death from AIDS in 1994. A list of the chefs whose favorite recipes are in this book is listed on the front cover. Each 2-page spread has a photo of the chef with a short bio or comment on the left, and their recipe on the right.
This little hard-to-find cookbook would interest someone involved in the Seattle / Pacific NW food scene of the 90s. Very good condition for a 30 year old paperback.
