I purchased this beautiful bike last Autumn on an impulse. The chap who owned it had done a vast amount of work and in his words

The list of work he had done over the last 1500 miles includes the following
- Front calipers serviced with new Brembo seals and new sintered pads
- Rear new sintered pads
- New YSS front shock/spring
- Refurbished rear shock/spring (Firefox Racing, Keighley)
- Braided F & R brake lines
- Alternator belt replaced
- HES sensor replaced (Bosch)
- Starter motor replaced
- Upgraded L camchain tensioner
- Replaced rear pivot bearings and FD seal
- LED indicator bulbs with relay modification (kept original housings/lenses)
- LED brake light (Motorworks) keeping original housing/lens
- New Motobatt battery (July 2025)
- Refurbished steering damper (new seals)
- Quick release fuel lines
- New fork seals/stanchion top rubbers
- Stainless front disc carrier bobbins
- Booster Plug (can be easily conn/disconnected, currently disconnected)
- Recent major service incl. in tank fuel filter, all oils, brake fluid flush, valve clearances, throttle balance etc.
Huge history including 17 previous MOT certificates. I have just put a new MOT on it.
This bike has truly been pampered having only done 6000 miles since 2011.
The bike really needs to be seen to be appreciated, currently stored at my mothers garage in Barton upon Humber.
Comes with BMW touring screen, 2 keys, set of matching original BMW panniers in great condition, original handbook with service history. Many receipts for work done in the past and a Haynes manual.
I have had to face the fact that I did purchase the bike on impulse and do not have space for 2 bikes, and I cannot run two bikes at once.
