2. For the "Used" and "Refurbished" laptops , we always put pictures about scratches , dents or blemishes which we can easy to see . If there's no any pictures about those , that mean it's clean or the scratches is very slightly , not easy to see or take a picture . Please DO NOT use this as an excuse then ask for partial refund or return !
