We do use props in our pictures. When bidding, you are bidding on what is described in the title. Many of our finds are new, primitive, vintage, antique, retro and utilitarian. As with most "old" items, some have lived better lives than others.

We feel open communication is the key. We are not experts and do our best to photograph the item with all visual issues if there are any. Most of our items come from estates and country homes that were gently loved, stored away and as found. We do always lovingly clean items when able to before we send them on their way. There are times when not appropriate as to the age of the item and certain things where patina is to be left as is. We consider imperfections to be added "Character and Charm". Ask necessary questions.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 24 hours unless communicated otherwise. We will open an unpaid case with E bay if there is no communication or payment.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We will gladly pack and send multiple items together if they can be safely and economically shipped in the same package. In order to receive a combined shipping discount, go to your purchase history page and click on ? Request Total from Seller ? --DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR MULTIPLE PURCHASES UNTIL WE HAVE REVISED YOUR INVOICE AND ADJUSTED IT TO THE CORRECT RATE--WE CANNOT ADJUST THE SHIPPING AFTER PAYMENT. It may take up to 24 hours for the invoice revision as we must pack and re-calculate the package. Contact us if you need help requesting an invoice.

We currently ship within the United States only.

LOCAL BIDDERS

We always encourage local pick-up. Please let us know as soon as auction ends that you will be picking your item so we do not package your item for shipping. Local pick-up is to be made the first weekend following the auction end.

REFUNDS

Refunds are gladly given if we receive them back in the same condition the item was shipped in within14 days of purchase. If you do receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please contact the Shipping Service with the item as they will want the damaged item in their possession.
