If the item is fabric and appears to have a stain, we will list if we attempted to remove that stain or if we are choosing to leave that up to the purchaser. We will also strive to show clear detail in the photos we provide and will carefully package your item to ensure it has a safe journey. So, unless there is damage done during shipping, your item will arrive to you as it appears in the photos we provide. An item is generally non-refundable unless we somehow misrepresented it.
