This item is a 1971 Lalique "Hibou" (Owl) annual collector plate made of clear and frosted lead crystal. 

• The plate was designed by Marie-Claude Lalique and features an owl in relief on the underside. 

• It measures approximately 8-1/4 inches in diameter. 

• The piece is signed "Lalique France" on the underside. 

• It is a collectible decorative or wall plate.
