Brand new , never got to put on my bike before I got one with a motor . Way more my kind of bike and fenders included. They fit 75mm , 27.6/29/700x 225-2.6"   Got for Christmas sat in garage and now sitting by front door to ship to you. $100 plus new. Box is tore up messed up and might be in the shopping might not . But manual will be for sure as well.
