This issue is from February 1961 featuring "Superboy's New Parents!" and "The Lost Magic Ring!" with Congorilla and Janu.  Graded in low-grade good condition as the cover is detached from the top staple, the spine is split from the top down to the top staple, and there is some chipping at the bottom of the back cover.
