This is a very cool and quite heavy solid pewter stay in for a crystal ball. The item was originally sold with a crystal ball which is no longer present so this is just the stand. The unicorns are missing their horns except for one. See photos for actual dimensions and condition. No sphere. The photo that I used shows just shows a spherical light bulb that I had laying around.
