Common Problems:
1. Causes of cat urine leaking from the base:
If your cat is experiencing urine leakage, it may be because they are not accustomed to the new litter box. When using the toilet, they may urinate on the wall, inside the litter box, or in the gap between the ball and base, rather than on the litter. This may also indicate that the cat is not used to the new litter box. Please give your cat more time to adjust and gradually guide them to use the box correctly.

2. Common network configuration and APP issues:
(1) Check if your phone is connected to the router's 5G signal. You should first switch to the router's 2.4G network on your phone, and then connect the device to the network.
(2) The router is in dual-band mode. Please refer to the router's setup instructions to split the 2.4G and 5G signals and connect to the 2.4G band.
(3) Bluetooth and satellite positioning are not turned on on your phone when pairing the network.
3. When using for the first time, the device is unusable after the power button is pressed.
The device will have a self-test time of 1 to 3 minutes after powering on. During this process, all buttons are inoperable. This is not a fault. You can use it after the self-test is completed.
