I think this is a Victorian bank bill of exchange or cheque but not sure. It's a printed piece of papaer with handwritten information relating to the two parties and sum of money involved. Creased and possibly with small tears as shown. There may be some foxing to the paper (marks / spotting) and edges / corners rough / slightly folded. Size is APPROXIMATELY 20.5x8.5cm...
